HealthLinks Group Fitness!
The Group Fitness Program at HealthLinks is designed to provide members with a wide variety of group fitness activities. Our classes accommodate all member ages and fitness levels and are taught by the finest fitness professionals in the Oneonta area.

Most
classes are ‘walk-in;” members are invited to attend at any time – Due
to limited space and/or equipment, we do recommend pre-registration for
classes marked with an (*); some classes ($) require a fee for attendance.
3-2-1 Circuit:
This high intensity class combines 3 minutes of intense cardio, 2
minutes of strength & resistance training, and 1 minute of core work in
tntervals, to provide a total body workout!
Aqua
classes:
We offer both Aqua Aerobics, and Aquacise classes; these classes use the water as
resistance to help improve strength, balance, body tone, and functional
movement – try each class and
find the best fit.
Candlelight
Yoga:
A blend of Vinyasa style (flow) yoga, and introspective Kripalu yoga.
This class is an enjoyable way to work on strength, flexibility, balance, and
focus. Previous yoga experience helpful, but not necessary.
Cardio
Max:
A high intensity interval workout designed to challenge the total body
and get the blood pumping!
*$ Cycling & Abs:
HL Cycling combined with ab strengthening. The journey just got a little
tougher! Water and towel are required.
Gentle Stretch:
Yoga
not for you? Then try this basic, gentle stretching class without the structure
of a flow type yoga
Hard
Core:
A comprehensive core workout, and a whole lot more! If
you think core training means sit-ups and crunches, you really need to
take this class!!

HL Cycling:
A 45-minute cycling journey that will challenge you both physically and
mentally. Water and towel
are required.
Kick
N Sculpt:
Get a great total body work out using popular self defense moves – get
ready to burn fat and rev up your metabolism.
This class alternates segments of kickboxing and strength training and
ends with abs and a stretch!
Pilates Beginning Mat I:
An introduction to the pilates method of strength & flexibility
training. This class focuses on the key elements of concentration, centering,
precision, and breath.
Senior
Get Fit:
A variety of activities that are perfectly tailored to individuals
wishing to improve cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and functional
strength and balance. A non-impact class geared for those who are

Circuit & 15 Min. Abs Want to sweat? This is the
class for you. It offers up 6
exercises, each done for one minute –

Smash Class:
High intensity circuit
training session that utilizes a wide variety of exercise equipment and
Station
Rotation:
Bring your water bottle for this calorie burner! Alternating stations of
strength, cardio, core training, and more. You can
individualize your workout by starting with 30 seconds per interval, and
working up to 1 minute. Lots of options, lots of fun!
Step Combo plus Abs:
This is a great step cardio class with the additional benefit of specific
abdominal exercises for a total body workout. Learn 3 short step routines, and
put them together for this fast paced class. Basic knowledge of step moves is
encouraged.
*$Stability Ball Plus :
This class is a high
intensity, advanced progression into more complex and challenging stability
ball, and combination movements.
Total Body Workout:
Enjoy a complete head to toe workout with both cardiovascular and
strength training. Use a variety of exercise equipment to tone, shape, and
sculpt a brand new you. Bring your water bottle!
Yoga:
Yoga for Relaxation: Hatha
yoga utilizes breathing and flexibility exercises along with some Pilates
techniques to provide both physical and mental training. Power
Yoga: (Vinyasa Yoga) This very active form of yoga utilizes continuous
movement through various poses to warm the body and challenge the muscles.
