HealthLinks Aquatics Facility:

  Our four lane, 25-yard lap pool - always available for open swim! This pool is maintained at (or near) 80 degrees.

The warm-water therapy pool at HealthLinks is shared with FoxCare Rehabilitation Services. Physician referred, individualized pool therapy is available by appointment each weekday in our state-of-the-art, 88-degree therapy pool.  When not utilized by Rehab Services, HealthLinks members can enjoy independent exercise or group exercise classes throughout the week and weekend!  A schedule of available pool times is posted in each locker room near the main entrance to our aquatic area - take advantage of the warm water!

We have a wide variety of pool exercise equipment available for your use in our aquatic area.  Just ask our staff of aquatic professionals to show you exercises using boards, fins, weights, noodles and more - a great way to challenge your body and mind to achieve your exercise goals!

Also available to HealthLinks members is our whirlpool spa, accessible during normal operating hours. Reward yourself after a tough workout!
